Screen Capture 
Instant screen capture using only the mouse or with hotkeys! The easiest way of
capturing images:
1. right mouse button click and hold
2. left mouse button click and drag selection
Selection types: free hand, polygon, rectangle, ellipse, window,
desktop.
Screen capture types: clipboard, database, email, fax, file, graphic
editor, ICQ, printer, screen saver, wallpaper, web server.
File formats: PNG (Portable Network Graphics), BMP (Windows bitmap), DIB
(Device Independent Bitmap), JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group, GIF
(Graphics Interchange Format).
Timer feature: activate the timer to capture sequential images on a
period of time.
Miscellaneous: repeat last capture hot keys, capture cursor, show
selection size.

Training Capture 
Recording: capture the system events (mouse and keyboard) and sound to
an events file, timer based.
Playing: plays back event files and sound, timer based.

Audio Capture 
Recording: capture the audio input from any audio device the system
provides (Aux, CD Player, Microfon, TV Tuner Audio, etc.) to an audio file,

Video Capture 
Recording: capture the video input, at variable frame rate, from any
video device the system provides (web camera, video camera, etc.) to a video
file, timer based.
Playing: plays back video files, at any frame rate and zise, timer
based.

back to/from video files (learn more about it below).
Movie Maker 
Creates movie from screen capture images. Contains all the functionality
provided by the screen capture option to record individual images. Plays back
the media file frame-by-frame (presentation) or plays the images like a movie.

scheduled job that captures any type explained above. Schedule jobs daily,
weekly, monthly; this automation tool makes possible any scenario you could
imagine!
